About FLY
_edited.jpg)
Founded by our youngest foundation member, Riaan Gupta, FLY is more than just an educational program—it’s a lifeline for marginalized children, helping them leap into the future with the power of Artificial Intelligence. For kids born into poverty and trapped by a struggling public education system, FLY is finally their chance to dream, create, and break free from the limitations of their circumstances.
With AI, these children can finally express themselves beyond language barriers, explore new possibilities, and imagine a future where they are designers, authors, and inventors—not just bound by the limitations of the education system they were born into.
We’re making this happen with the guidance of top AI experts, hands-on teacher training, and a structured pilot program designed to create real, lasting change. This is just the beginning. With FLY, these children don’t just learn about the future—they step into it.

Why FLY?
why this program is so important

A Broken Education System
India has one of the weakest public education systems globally. Less than 50% of fifth graders in public schools in India can read at a second-grade level, and 70% of 5th graders can’t manage basic division. Teacher absenteeism and a lack of infrastructure, technology, and money are huge problems, as noted by the World Bank.
Their new super-hero
So here's the deal: We think AI is like a superhero for these children from underprivileged backgrounds. It will allow them to break out of the tough spots they are born into, like not having access to private education, money,
and means! FLY harnesses this potential, allowing children to skip generations of technological advancement and jump straight into the future
A golden ticket
AI will democratize imagination and creativity. Being exposed to AI now will be like getting a golden ticket for later. It means they might not have to imagine being locked down by socioeconomic barriers. We want them to know that now, despite their limitations, they can become designers, authors, directors, and inventors!

Building Lasting Relationships
Our Pilot Program
Over the past few months, FLY has successfully implemented its pilot program, beginning with intensive teacher training conducted by our AI expert. This equipped educators with foundational AI knowledge and prepared them to introduce the subject to students in a structured and engaging way. In the initial phase, we familiarized children with AI concepts and tools, fostering curiosity and confidence despite their limited exposure to technology. As the program progressed, students collaborated in small teams, applying AI creatively to storytelling, design, and problem-solving projects. Their growing ability to use AI as an expressive and analytical tool reaffirmed the program's impact, demonstrating that access to the right resources can unlock immense potential.
Looking ahead, we are refining our curriculum based on insights from the pilot, expanding the program to more municipal schools, and forging new partnerships to enhance its reach. The upcoming exhibition will showcase students' AI-driven projects, highlighting the transformative power of technology in education. Simultaneously, we aim to develop a replicable framework for teacher training and curriculum development, ensuring long-term sustainability. Our ultimate vision is for FLY to serve as a scalable model that can be implemented across underprivileged and municipal schools, bridging the digital divide and empowering children with the skills to shape their futures in an AI-driven world.
